The Hamlet is composed by four Villas, one close to another, that have a total of
9 apartments
The main Historical Villa dates back to 14th cent. Originally a fortress it was then destroyed by fire in the second half of the 14th century, hence its name ‘Casa Bruciata’ (‘burnt house’).
The other three Villas were built in the 18th cent and they were houses of families of farmers.
Around the Hamlet only nature. The property spread for 350 hectares! (around 850 acres).
Buildings:

If you like Umbrian country living and tranquility you will love Casa Bruciata. Casa Bruciata lies on a huge hillside property with fantastic unobscured views of the surrounding mountains. The villas on the estate are built as a brilliant mix of ancient Umbrian rural and contemporary building style. It has been a long time since I have experienced such a lovely place. Joergen
