The hamlet is composed by four villas, one close to another, that have a total of 9 apartments

The main Historical Villa dates back to 14th cent. Originally a fortress it was then destroyed by fire in the second half of the 14th century, hence its name ‘Casa Bruciata’ (‘burnt house’). The other three Villas were built in the 18th cent and they were houses of families of farmers. Around the Hamlet only nature.

The property spreads for 350 hectares!

Villa Casa Bruciata (4 apartments) / Villa Daino (2-story building with two bedrooms) / Villa Belvedere (3 apartments)  / Villa Capriolo (the largest apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms)

Common Areas

We have various common areas you can use to share great moments with your guest.
Spaces where you can organize lunches, dinners or where to just relax enjoying a glass of good wine. Each space is well equipped with outdoors tables and chairs or sunbeds. Bbqs are all around and we provide wood as well.

Infinity Pool

The Pool? An infinity pool.

The pool is open from 20th of April to 15th of October and it has a heating system to make it enjoyable during all the season. It is an “infinity pool” with the view of the hills that merge together with water.

The View

Maybe the strongest feature of our venue.
Thanks to our hilltop position at 600 mt asl we dominate the valley and we have a unique breathtaking view of Umbria’s famous green rolling hills covered with olive trees, ancient oaks and farmhouses dotted in the distance.
