The hamlet
The estate is made up of four villas, nestled close to one another, with a total of nine charming apartments.
The main Historical Villa dates back to the 14th century. Originally built as a fortress, it was later destroyed by fire in the late 1300s—hence the name Casa Bruciata, which means “Burnt House“.
The other three villas were added in the 18th century and once housed local farming families.
Today, the Hamlet is surrounded by nothing but nature—peaceful, green, and beautifully untouched.
The property stretches across 350 hectares of rolling hills, olive groves, and woodlands.

Whether you’re planning a relaxed lunch, an al fresco dinner, or simply want to unwind with a good glass of wine, each space is fully equipped with outdoor tables, chairs, and sun loungers.

And yes, the view is just as stunning as it sounds.
Open from April to October, it’s equipped with a heating system so you can enjoy it comfortably throughout the season (weather permitting).
The water seems to flow straight into the rolling hills beyond, creating that perfect blend of nature and relaxation.

Thanks to our hilltop position at 600 metres above sea level, we overlook the valley with a breathtaking panoramic view of Umbria’s iconic rolling green hills — scattered with olive trees, ancient oaks, and traditional farmhouses in the distance.
